Very good, very competitive price.

I saw a few poor reviews for this company, which made me unsure, but I went ahead anyway, as their price was so competitive!  In fact I thought they did an excellent job, hard to fault.  They worked really hard, it was amazing how they did the job as it was quite a demanding one involving lots of packing.  They had such a great attitude, very helpful, and I am glad that I chose them, plus they were the cheapest by far! Recommended.

Worst ever service.

Oh my God! This was one of the worst experiences of my life and I have hired several moving companies in the past 7 years. When I booked euro removals their manager Syed lured me in with his "special" discount and sweet talk, promising me I would be so happy with the service he will offer me. On the day of the move, two people arrived to pack my flat, one of them being an absolute amateur. So while I was being charged for 2 people only one person knew what he was doing. As a result the job took twice the time (and I think this was a deliberate attempt to make up for the special discount syed had so nicely offered me) since one of the guys was just sitting around watching the other one. I had such little stuff to pack as I was living in a furnished flat and had NO furniture to move. These guys took 4 hours to move HALF the stuff. When I called Syed to complain, he was initially rude to me then passed me on to his manager Shaz who told me that I could find someone else to do the job and that I had to PAY for the HALF hearted job that was done. I was left with no choice but to pay them (bc I had to vacate handover the flat to the landlord), they created such a bad situation that my 2 year old refused to even stay inside the flat while they were packing. They ripped me off costing me what it would cost to get movers for a whole day. My poor husband had to pack the rest of the stuff and make endless trips to take the stuff to the new flat. I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Hire them at your own peril and know that they are a bunch of con artists.

Awful, avoid them.

The movers did a poor job of packing our things and numerous items were damaged during the move.  The part that was very frustrating is that they refused to take responsibility for repairing or replacing the items they damaged during our move.
The company did not respond to our requests to address items they had damaged during the move.  The poor packing was to blame, and this could have been avoided if they had done a better job with the packing.
I do not recommend this removals company.  .

Cant believe how they have treated us.

They arived late with 2 small vans, argued 9 hours later that they wanted more money for extra van, in total had 3 vans, delivered next day 5hours late, to be told they had transferred 2 vans into one this had caught fire and we had lost all our belongings. Their insureence refused to pay because they said an itinary was not completed before the move and as my wife is disable I had paid euro to pack and unpack so I assumed they would do the list. euro now refuse to pay any compensatiion  themselves and wont even answer the phone or email to me.   We have lost everything, my wife being disable has not only lost her wheel chair but her mobility scooter so is completely housebound, and no one cares.   How can any human being treat us in this way.   My recommendation, never use this company.   We moved from london to suffolk, but the drop down list on here does not list suffolk.    .
